Wan-Ling Huang is Associate Professor in the Department of Public Administration and Policy and Director of International Program on Urban Governance at the National Taipei University.  She holds a Ph.D. in public administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a MPP as well as a BA in public administration from the Tamkang University. Her research interests include science and technology policy, organizational theory and behavior, and environment policy. She is currently working on research investigating public service motivation, education in public administration, research commercialization,  and voluntary environmental initiatives by public sector organizations. She teaches courses on policy evaluation, organizational theory and behavior, and methodology of social science research. Recently, she has one article in International Review of Administrative Sciences, titled " Changes in Public Service Motivation: Can Public Administration Education Help Cultivate It? ".
